Sustain Fitness

Training Offer

I offer regular reassessments to actively see clients are happy that they are achieving, short/ medium/ long term goals, so every 4 week an additional 30 minute (consultation) will be offered if client wishes (for free). For the month of June/ July, everyone who buys the 4 sessions will get 1 free session (to be taken within a 4 week period) and everyone buying 8 sessions will get an additional 2 sessions free (to be taken within an 8 week period)

Anyone referring a friend who signs up for one of my packages will receive 15% off their own package price.

Personal Training

I believe that everyone can benefit from a personal trainer. Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey and lack the confidence and knowledge of where to start, or a regular exerciser needing professional knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of their training regime.

Group Training

Looking for a gentle introduction to personal training, a boost to your current exercise routine or just prefer to train in a group environment? Our group personal training sessions could be for you. With no more than six in a class, you get the personal interaction of the one-to-one session for a fraction of the cost. Every exercise is adaptable to your current fitness level and abilities so you never need to worry about how fit or unfit the rest of the class is. It's also a lot of fun training with a group of like-minded individuals.

Nutritional Plans

Training and nutrition go hand in hand. As an athlete and someone who has rehabbed from an eating disorder, I am aware of the importance of correct nutrition. I can offer tailored nutritional programmes to suit any individual with any goal. I don’t believe in fad diets and aim for a consistent approach without people giving up what they enjoy. I can offer nutritional advice in line with the healthy eating guidelines as well as give you the advantage of my own experience (for those like myself who are athletes and may compete) on how to fuel effectively pre and post competition.

Bootcamps (Circuits and Spins)

Whether you want to get fit, lose weight, or just make exercise fun again? Why not check out bootcamps? A boot camp is a supportive, friendly and welcoming session catering to women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Coming from a personal training background, we limit our places, so the groups remain intimate, letting us give you more feedback. The boot camp will be light-hearted and a good laugh, we won't take ourselves too seriously... and we often go for a coffee afterwards

Strength Based Endurance Programs

Strength based exercises are often deemed as detrimental to endurance athletes as they fear unnecessary muscle gain will impede performance, however, since applying strength-based exercise 3/4 times a week into my training I’ve seen huge improvements. Working alongside old school strength and performance I aim to provide classes targeting groups of up to 8 people at a time to offer a variety of strength based work (weighted and non-weighted) as tried and tested by me within my own training, in order to see a positive effect on those individuals performance.
